Relax in this unique country stone cottage nestled at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac . For over 20 years, it was our family holiday home with our 3 children, much to our delight.
The house is built in a large garden adorned with native flowers and fruit trees (which will delight your taste buds in season). The view from the house and its garden is one of the most beautiful in Belgium; you'll see for yourself...

The accommodation can be the starting point for beautiful walks (free app sity trail which will offer you long or short walks) or by bike (mountain or road, we are located very close to the Côte du Rosier included in the "Liège Bastogne Liège" route).

Ideally located in relation to the Spa Francorchamps circuit (14 minutes by car) and very close to the small towns of Spa, Stavelot and Malmedy whose traces of their prestigious past justify a visit.

The house is suitable for a stay of 4 to 6 people. It offers two bedrooms, each with a private bathroom (shower) for two people (one with a double bed and one with two single beds that can be joined into a double bed), and a bedroom open onto a mezzanine offering two single beds that can also be joined into a double bed.

The house is not suitable for parties; it is nestled in a very quiet place which must remain so for the well-being of the neighbors.

The living room offers a wood storage compartment always very pleasant in winter and the garden offers a plancha heated by a wood fire.

The kitchen is equipped with: dishwasher, electric stove, fridge, microwave oven, coffee machines (old-fashioned percolator and Nespresso-type capsule machine), electric kettle, toaster,...

Included: in winter, a basket of wood for the indoor cassette; in summer and winter, a wood bin for the plancha; bed linen (beds will be made up) and bath linen.

I personally welcome guests between 4 and 6 pm (later arrival is possible upon request).
